People with selfish and  aggressive  behaviour are seen as more attractive for leadership, and are most likely to be promoted at work, according to a new study. The study found that those with more selfless, kind  personalities  were the most well-liked, but were simultaneously perceived as less attractive candidates for leadership and were overlooked for  promotion , the  Daily Mail  reported. UPSE EXAM DATES 2019-20 Central Armed Police Forces Exam Central Armed Police Forces Exam is conducted by the UPSC for recruiting candidates to Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB). Educational Qualification –  A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent. Physical Standards –  The candidate should match the physical standards as defined by the UPSC.
