It was a pleasure connecting over LinkedIn today. Thank you for the opportunity to share our interest in working with Chryselys as a specialized recruiting partner.

I am sharing below some details of our recruitment consulting firm, which also works in recruitment marketing and employer branding, but our core remains strategic hiring.

WiseWaters is a tiny firm that just started with seven recruiters spread across five locations in India and two in the EU, all working remotely. We have been recruiting for decades across well-known Life Sciences tech, consulting, analytics, and product firms, setting up their critical and core teams in India and EU locations.

We are a boutique firm and would limit our presence to select clients in niche technologies for critical roles, which need mature handling and a strategic outlook to build such teams.

This team has a diverse background in marketing and PR, learning and HR tech consulting, corporate hiring for large life sciences-diversified global firms, modern-day life sciences commercial analytics, and salesforce consulting products and services. We currently work for a few life sciences tech and consulting firms in India.

We have decided to be in the recruitment marketing and employer branding space by choice, as we strongly consider hiring a strategic decision that is unfortunately left to the less strategic teams. Hiring is easy, but hiring the right team that has a competitive and strategic advantage is very tough!

We have experienced that delegating this task to the recruiting team and chasing them on the vanity matrix has not worked. Easy vs. critical vs. strategic hiring need very different resources to mobilize!

Hiring mistakes have taught us that the most significant task is sourcing the right talent, and 9 out of 10 times, we search for them in the wrong places! For specialized hiring, we do active sourcing and use our proprietary model of recruitment marketing, using client's EVPs. We work as your team A of hiring, as there is no B team at WiseWaters. We believe in achieving success together. We don't compete with your hiring team; rather, once we plot our strategic mapping for any given hiring mandate based on numbers, market competition, availability (clear vs. opaque), strategic significance, constraints, and measures of success, we even advise clients to use internal employee referrals and activation of campaigns through your tech and leadership participation on social media, amplifying the job advertisements!

Given an opportunity, we can demonstrate our hiring strategic mapping that I have mentioned above.

We have chosen to work with small and midsized modern tech firms in life sciences, products, analytics, and consulting services. Assembling a critical team with the right set of intent, employer branding, and leadership engagement is our way of hiring. We want to be a strategic partner, not a vendor who would churn candidates to other meaty billing lures while keeping you in the dark! That's our biggest promise, and we won't drop the ball!

We are a highly ambitious and competitive team, and we would like to prove it with the best client and candidate NPS scores!
